Your Day-to-Day

  • Process and support weekly payroll, maintain timekeeping systems, and ensure accurate associate data
  • Assist with benefits administration, enrollment, and associate inquiries
  • Manage workers' compensation and liability claims, coordinating with HR, insurance carriers, and associates
  • Support HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and HRIS system maintenance (UKG experience a plus)

    • What You'll Bring

  • Experience with HRIS / ATS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's in HR or related field preferred
