Body Fit Training offers group strength training programs designed to yield positive outcomes for all fitness levels. Each workout is fun, progressive, and a perfect mix of cardio and strength training.

Body Fit Training's programming is scientifically backed and used by eliteathletes but is accessible to the general population.

Our coaches motivate,guide, train, build, and invest in each member's fitness journey.As the Head Coach, you will oversee all studio coaches, be responsible for allaspects of the member training experience, and work closely with the owner,general manager, and assistant general manager to achieve the studio'sgrowth and profitability goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities : - Fulfill all duties and responsibilities of a BFT coach - Conduct pre-designed sessions for groups of up to 36 clients - Energize and motivate clients throughout class - Increase BFT class attendance and retain current clientele - Teach proper techniques for a safe and positive experience - Recruit, hire, train, and develop coaches - Have a strong understanding of the different BFT sessions and theirdistinguishing features - Handle member concerns as necessary - Assist sales associates and leadership with studio tours and sales - Prepare equipment and explain session intentions and flow to prospectsand new clients - Maintain a strong social media presence to boost class followingQualifications : - Meet all requirements for a BFT coach - Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification - Have coaching experience - Love for boutique fitness is a must, and passion for strength training is aplus - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Create a high-energy, positive environment that welcomes all individuals - Excellent communication skills that convey energy and empathy - Enjoy connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achievetheir goals - Have fun daily and make every customer excited to train with BFT - Exude charisma and thrive in a group setting - Possess and maintain CPR / AED certificationJob Types : Full-timeSalary : $40, - $55, per yearExpected hours : 20-40 per weekBenefits include paid time off, professional development assistance, relocationassistance, and tuition reimbursement.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, with morning and night shifts. Weekends as needed.Supplemental pay types : Bonus opportunities and commission pay.

Ability to relocate to Highlands Ranch, CO 80126 is required.
