Akkodis is seeking a Sales Support Representative for a Contract with a client in Dayton, OH(Hybrid). This role requires advanced order processing and quote support skills to ensure accurate and timely execution of customer orders.

Rate Range : $22 / hour to $24 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Sales Support Representativejob responsibilities include :

Process advanced-level customer orders accurately through various channels using order management systems.

Support sales teams with quote preparation and conversion, ensuring accuracy before and after customer signature.

Monitor and track order status, proactively communicating delays or issues to customers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, finance, compliance, and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.

Ensure inventory awareness by coordinating with distribution centers and alerting stakeholders about stock shortages.

Maintain accurate documentation and perform quality checks to verify order details and compliance with company policies.

Provide timely customer support for inquiries related to order status, shipping, and product availability.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum High School diploma; 2–4year degree in Business Administration, Software, or Supply Chain Management preferred.

2–5 years in order administration, sales support, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

Pay Details : $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
