Reliant Air Conditioning now has open positions in Parts Purchasing!

Duties :

• Expedite the purchase and delivery / pick up of all service and warranty parts
• Keep customers up to date on the status of their part order
• Purchase stock orders as directed by warehouse management
• Create weekly list for service technicians of parts that need to be collected and returned to the manufacturers
• File all warranty claims and return all required warranty parts with the correct paperwork
• Scrap all parts in the warehouse that don’t have to be returned
• Track all processed or denied warranty credits
• Correct denied warranty claims and reapply

Skills / Qualifications :

• Applicant must be self-motivated and energetic, able to handle the stress that Texas summers demand
• Experience in HVAC parts is a huge plus
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, & Outlook
• Reliable with excellent attendance
• Work well with others in difficult situations to solve customer issues and achieve positive results
• Possess strong time management skills and ability to work under time constraints
• Excellent phone skills and written communication skills
• Express a pleasant and happy tone over the phone
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic
