Base Salary : $45,000 – $55,000 / year (based on experience and performance)
Schedule : Full-time | Monday to Friday | Day Shift | Weekends Off | Earliest start : 9 : 00 AM Latest finish : 9 : 00 PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer calls with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Provide knowledgeable support for luxury products.
- Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Collaborate using Slack and GSuite for smooth internal communication.
Requirements :
