Job description

Location : Boynton Beach, FL (In-person)

Base Salary : $45,000 – $55,000 / year (based on experience and performance)

Schedule : Full-time | Monday to Friday | Day Shift | Weekends Off | Earliest start : 9 : 00 AM Latest finish : 9 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer calls with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Provide knowledgeable support for luxury products.
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
  • Collaborate using Slack and GSuite for smooth internal communication.

Requirements :

  • Enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Slack, and GSuite (a plus).
