Senior Counsel

We have partnered with a leading IPP on a search for a senior legal counsel who will provide broad legal support for solar and renewable energy projects, M&A financing, and corporate governance.

Responsibilities -

• Advise on project developments, acquisitions, financings, and commercial matters
• Draft, review and negotiate project and corporate agreements (offtake, site control, EPC, service agreements)
• Manage due diligence on development assets and M&A targets
• Support policy, risk management and compliance initiatives
