• Nocturnist schedule 7 on / 7 off rotation
• Night shifts 8pm - 6am weekdays, 6pm - 6am weekends
• Patient load : 5 - 14 admissions per shift, averaging 8
• Census range : 85 - 130 patients, averaging 100
• Closed ICU setting with code team response
• Board certification required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
