Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through various channels including research, social media, and events
Conduct preliminary conversations with candidates regarding roles and the company
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process and ensure a smooth interview experience for candidates
Required Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in business and high-volume operations
At least 2 years of experience in closing complex offers at senior levels
Experience working in an in-house recruitment team with internal stakeholders
Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, or CMS; Workday experience is a plus
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work collaboratively
