CPA Licensed Finance Director

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to lead its finance and accounting function during a growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and cash flow management

Build and mentor a high-performing finance team while managing hiring and performance

Design and implement scalable finance processes and champion the adoption of automation tools

Required Qualifications

CPA designation with strong knowledge of Canadian finance and accounting standards

10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role

Proven success in building and managing high-performing teams

Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and technology adoption in Finance

Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS is strongly preferred
