Job descriptionCoordinate with Project Managers, engineers, architects, and inspectors Maintain strict safety standards and enforce compliance with OSHA and company policies Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to plans, specs, and building codes Manage site logistics, equipment deliveries, and materials handling Conduct daily site reports, progress updates, and punch lists Foster a collaborative jobsite environment with all trade partners 5+ years as a Superintendent, with emphasis on K-12, municipal, or healthcare construction Deep understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and safety regulations Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project) OSHA 30 Certification Ability to manage fast-paced projects and multiple subcontractors simultaneously Excellent communication and team coordination skills Competitive Salary base on experience Annual Bonus Opportunity Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays
