Job descriptionFacilitate secure telehealth sessions with individuals, couples, and families Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans Coordinate care with other providers to support client progress Maintain accurate and timely clinical records Participate in training to stay current with best practices Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field Active New York license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) At least 2 years of therapy experience Specialization in trauma, family counseling, or substance use a plus Strong communication and telehealth skills Health, dental, and vision insurance Employer-contributed 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Life insurance

Position Summary
We are hiring Licensed Mental Health Counselors to provide virtual therapy to individuals and families across New York. This full-time position allows you to deliver client-centered care from home while collaborating with a supportive team.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- Annual salary : $115,000 – $120,000
- Comprehensive benefits package
