What You'll Do
Use provided technology to make 80+ outbound dials per day and drive 2+ hours of cold call talk timeSchedule 1.5 qualified demos per day on average with a 66%+ show rateResearch and qualify target accounts using provided tools and your own insightsWork with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunitiesMaintain meticulous notes and activity tracking in the CRMFollow up on inbound leads and turn them into qualified meetingsContinuously test and improve outreach strategies, email templates, and call scriptsWhat Success Looks Like
Consistently hitting and exceeding weekly meeting set goalsContributing to pipeline growth through quality outreachDemonstrating mastery of product messaging and objection handlingMaintaining CRM accuracy and up-to-date prospect dataWhat You Bring
6 months to 2 years of experience in outbound prospecting or a sales-related roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, self-motivated, and coachable with a desire to grow in salesExperience using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms (a plus)Familiarity with the digital advertising or martech space (a plus)A team-first attitude and a bias toward actionWhat You'll Get
