A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
Resolve customer requests through inbound and outbound calls or online communication
Provide customer education and notify clients of test results accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Previous experience in a customer service role
Experience in a contact center or call center environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
Prior healthcare industry experience is a plus
