Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients by providing proactive support, guidance, and solutions tailored to their individual needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed.

SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM

SALARY : $22 -$24 / hourly DOE

LOCATION : North Andover, MA (on-site)

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and priorities to deliver personalized support and guidance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value and enhance the client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including accounting, tax, and advisory, to coordinate efforts and deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate client records, track interactions, and monitor progress towards client goals.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting clear expectations for the partnership.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED :

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably in the financial services or professional services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate client needs and take initiative to address them.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
