  • Compensation : $250,000 base salary + production bonus incentive paid out every pay period
  • Benefits : A comprehensive package that includes up to 19 days of PTO plus 9 paid holidays, 401k with up to 4% match, health insurance with 100% employer-paid premiums for employee and eligible-dependents, plus 3 CME days and $1,000 reimbursement.
