Summary
BuildingPoint is the dedicated dealer for Trimble & HP construction layout solutions. As the dealer of these products, BuildingPoint drives the relentless innovation in precise positioning, 3D modeling and data analytics within the building construction industry. The Sales Representative is responsible for the overall sales and business development within a defined geographical area, engaging with contractors to promote our products and services through existing customers and new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage key relationships with existing customers and promote the benefits of additional products and services we provide.
- Continually prospect within multiple building construction trades to showcase our technology and services, and the benefits of each. Support rapid adoption of our solutions to drive long-term growth.
- Manage and maintain your CRM with a robust opportunity pipeline and updated company / customer contact information.
- Become an expert with our product as a consultative salesperson, quickly learning and effectively demonstrating how our product can improve customer layout workflows.
- Provide business analytics and insights to upper management to inform tactics and strategy.
Requirements
Part of a broader team within Allterra / BuildingPoint; build rapport and manage internal relationships within the organization.Visit both customer offices and jobsites regularly within your territory; comfortable navigating construction sites.Knowledge of Trimble field and office software : GNSS, Robotics, and Scanning is preferred.Construction sales experience is preferred; basic understanding of Survey and / or construction layout is preferred.Additional information
