Portfolio Analyst - Argus Experience Required
We are seeking a highly motivated Portfolio Analyst with a strong background in commercial real estate and proven Argus modeling expertise. This role provides exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate investment, including acquisitions, financing, leasing, asset management, and dispositions. As part of a collaborative team, you will deliver financial insights that drive portfolio performance across diverse property types.
- Work Arrangement : Hybrid
- Work Schedule : 4 days in office, 1 day remote
- Compensation : $90,000 - $110,000 base salary
- Bonus Package : 10% - 20% annual target bonus

Key Responsibilities :
Asset Management
Partner with Portfolio and Asset Managers to optimize performance across a 75M sq. ft. portfolio of office, industrial, medical office, and life sciences assetsModel and underwrite redevelopment and new development opportunitiesSupport strategic planning, quarterly reporting, and board presentations using Argus and ExcelAcquisitions & Dispositions
Build and maintain financial analyses for prospective acquisitions and dispositionsConduct detailed market research, including comparable transactions and economic trendsPrepare investment memoranda and presentations for investment committeesSupport negotiations, due diligence, and closing processesDebt Capital Markets
Analyze rent rolls, operating statements, and pro forma models for debt underwritingResearch competitive markets to validate assumptionsAssist in loan origination, term sheet preparation, and closing documentationRequired Experience :
Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial real estateHands-on Argus modeling experience (1-2 years minimum)Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, or related fieldStrong analytical skills with proven ability to deliver accurate financial modelsNice-to-Have Experience :
