Job description

Compliance Professional

CVS Health is seeking a compliance professional to join the team. The Sr. Analyst will assist with the administration of settlement agreements and partner with a variety of internal teams to support enterprise-wide compliance functions. The Sr. Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review, summarize, and track settlement agreements across all lines of business
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure the operational, reporting, and financial requirements within settlement agreements are met
  • Prepare presentations and effectively communicate the status of settlement agreements to senior leaders
  • Research and track industry related settlements
  • Fulfill reporting and data requests as needed
  • Manage and update the Compliance & Integrity Group intranet site
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Communicate effectively and succinctly with all levels of the organization
  • Promote collaboration and build strong cross-functional relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Escalate risks and issues to leadership and work towards meaningful solutions
  • Pay Range :

    The typical pay range for this role is : Minimum : 43,700 Maximum : 100,000. Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

    Required Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of professional work experience
  • 1+ years of compliance or legal
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of compliance, legal, or related experience
  • Education :

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
