Construction Estimator
Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects in the property sector. Analyze project documents, specifications, and drawings to determine scope and requirements. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary details. Maintain and update pricing databases to ensure accurate cost projections. Evaluate subcontractor bids and provide recommendations for project awards. Assist in contract negotiations and value engineering processes. Ensure project budgets align with client expectations and company goals. Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to estimated costs and timelines.
