A company is looking for a Support Engineer to ensure customer success during onboarding and throughout their engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level One help desk support and handle user inquiries
Triage and assign incoming tickets to the appropriate teams and follow through on issues
Engage with Customer Success Managers to support high-value customers and assist with customer data management
Required Qualifications
Experience with MS Excel and basic data operations
Experience in customer support and troubleshooting customer issues
Familiarity with JIRA for issue tracking
Team-oriented attitude with cross-functional collaboration experience
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
