SME Relationship Mgmt. Support @ DHS will provide Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management Support to DHS, at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Cybersecurity Division (CSD).

What You Will Do :

  • Identify key stakeholders and other necessary engagement points for CSD activities
  • Research and identify stakeholders' key issues and concerns relevant to CSD activities
  • Develop plans for engaging with and communicating with stakeholders
  • Develop communications materials to support engagement with stakeholders
  • Facilitate engagements with external stakeholders
  • Actively participate in identified organizations and providing situational awareness of the groups' activities

What You Will Need :

Education and Experience

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with demonstrated success in analysis and technical support
  • Bachelors or Masters degree preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Previous DHS experience desired
  • Cyber policy experience in government or private sector desired
  • Current DHS suitability or Secret clearance desired

Reporting Relationships :

Reports directly to a manager.

Working Conditions :

Work will normally be performed in an air-conditioned office environment. Work will be non-manual, but the incumbent must be able to walk and climb among equipment and structures.

There may be an occasional need to lift up to 10 pounds.
