The Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing the front desk, handling phone and email communications, and performing a variety of clerical duties to support smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, professional, and able to multitask.

Requirements :
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors
- Answer phones and route calls professionally and efficiently
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and organize project documentation and customer files
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general office organization
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Provide administrative support to the sales and project teams as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred1+ years of office or administrative experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with CRM systems is a plusWhat We Offer
