Underwriting Technical Support

This position offers the option of a hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely.

In this role, you will serve as an essential resource for our underwriting systems while providing excellent customer service to employees and agents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide customer support, training, and problem resolution on underwriting systems used for agency and regional departments.
• Consult with IT and Corporate Liaisons on adapting to the shifting needs of the industry.
• Develop procedural documentation on new and updated system information.
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal requirements with regard to policy endorsements.
• Review endorsement requests and determine coverages and total values.
