Your Responsibilities :

Attend pre-construction meeting. Meet with and mentor all project supervision and field manpower.

Manage, approve, organize and document the projects scope, schedule and budget from start to finish.

Ability to commute to different jobsites and complete on-site visits.

Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best price and on-time delivery of material and equipment.

Experience and Skills :

Knowledge of Florida building codes

Have a minimum of 10 years' experience as Commercial Project Manager in the Plumbing industry with an estimated value range of $1 - $30 Million.

Familiarity with systems required for large scale commercial projects which include condominiums, schools, hospitals, correctional facilities, and retail shopping centers.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, or a combination of technical training and / or related field experience.

Must have strong computer skills and extensive knowledge of operating Microsoft office systems, Sage Intact.

Effective organizational and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, excellent planning, communication and team skills.

Ability to manage and prioritize a variety of tasks simultaneously.

Established relationships with contractors and suppliers is a PLUS!
