Escrow Assistant

Currently, we have an Escrow Assistant opportunity with a well-established Title Company in Westlake, TX . This is a Direct Hire Opportunity.

The client is currently using the following Software : RamQuest, SoftPro, ResWare and Qualia

Escrow Assistant responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include :

• Open escrow files promptly upon receiving purchase agreements or instructions.
• Order title commitments and related title documents, and distribute them to all relevant parties (buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders).
• Order payoffs for mortgages or liens, and obtain tax certificates, HOA information, and surveys as needed.
• Review all documents for accuracy (including names, property descriptions, fees, and dates) and identify any missing or incorrect items.

Pay Rate Range :   $55,000 - $65,000 for salaried positions

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
