DESCRIPTION

If you are interested in becoming a House Manager, you’ll have lots of options. DSP's work in homes helping with household tasks and transport people to appointments and for other fun community outings.

• Responsible for conducting in house training to employees
• Assist clients with cooking, cleaning or personal care.
• Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization’s vision, mission, and overall direction.
• Increases management’s effectiveness by assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring
• Teach clients new skills and encourage them to try new things.
• Help individuals connect with friends and activities in the community.
• Provide transportation to work or social events.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma

Staff would have a full-time weekly schedule. We are a company with management and do our best to be very supportive of our direct care workers.

Training will be provided for all employees.
