Human Resources consulting and servicing firm experiencing planned growth searching for an experienced HR Generalist with a strong recruiting skill set to service key clients. Hours are flexible; this can be a full or part-time position for the right candidate.

  • Handbook creation
  • New hire orientation
  • Proactive HR services
  • Client communications

Recruiting for several key clients :

  • Job postings
  • Resume Evaluations
  • Phone Screening
  • Talent Evaluation
  • Co-Interviewing with Clients
  • Candidate database management

    • Other work as assigned :

  • Scheduling
  • Data / Contact management
  • CRM set up and management
  • Various clerical duties as assigned
