Residential Sales Associate

Title : Sales Associate
Location : Lubbock, TX

Salary : $22,000 with $1,000 sign on bonus
Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Employment Type : Contract to hire potential for permanent consideration (permanent placements are base + commission with average compensation of 62-65k and 90k-125k for Senior Sales)

Job Duties May Include :
- Grow the residential customer base.
- Present innovative telecom solutions to new customers.
- Develop and create a compelling sales pitch.
- Close sales and complete customer paperwork.
- Provide high level customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Sales experience preferred with engaging interpersonal skills (experience not required willing to train the right people)
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Integrity, accountability, and a willingness to work flexible hours.
- Valid driver s license and reliable personal vehicle.
