What You'll Do :
- Manage resource management schedules for all assigned projects
- Develop, implement, and maintain a scheduling management system.
- Identify process efficiencies and create and manage new processes to drive efficiencies within project schedules
- Review progressed schedules against schedule deadlines.
- Participate in meetings with senior operations management, peers and / or customers.
- Participate in estimating and bidding projects, contract negotiations, and change order preparation.
- Identify potential scheduling delays and facilitate remedial action.
- Track and report on the progress of project activities.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, team members, and other stakeholders to gather information and update schedules.
- Works independently on complex assignments to establish the Proposal or Project Baseline Schedule
- Lead and execute Project Planning and Execution Planning Session
- Lead and execute Logic Development, Schedule Updates and Forecasting
- Ensure client Project Controls and Reporting specifications and requirements are met per contract.
What We're Looking For :
Experience with Microsoft Project or P6 expertBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Project Scheduler in related industry.Strong understanding of document control software and systems.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to document control.Location & Travel Details : Austin, Texas
his is a traveling position, up to 25% of the time, encompassing work sites in the assigned project area, covering a 90 mile radius, and may include some overnight travel.
