Job Description
At Regions, the Consumer Strategic Execution Partner is responsible for leading the execution of strategic initiatives that drive growth, reduce cost, reduce risk, and / or improve the customer experience. The incumbent partners with assigned strategy and business leads to identify and execute mostly technology-based projects that achieve at least one of those goals. The incumbent will likely lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partners with an assigned business function and acts as a key team member to identify, refine, and execute strategies that grow the bank
- Executes mostly technology-based projects of varying complexity approved in the strategic planning process
- Takes ownership, drives, and manages the day-to-day execution of multiple projectsmeeting timeline, risk management, and quality expectations
- Leads cross functional teams comprised of experienced associates from business, risk, technology, digital, marketing, procurement, etc.
- Builds and guides project delivery skills / capabilities of team members as they work to bring business ideas to life
- Makes substantial contributions to initiatives at all stages analysis, design, implementation, and monitoring
- Possesses and maintains a deep understanding of the business, industry regulations, and project management best practices
- Ensures initiatives meet quality standards, audit requirements, and other internal policies / procedures
- Develops business cases and / or committee materials necessary for capital and / or risk process approval with minimal direction
- Effectively monitors and communicates project status, timeline, and risks to all levels of the organization
- Identifies and documents key performance indicators prior to implementation and ensures post-implementation targets are measured and achieved
- May act as a subject matter expert and resource to associates with less experience
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements
Bachelor's degreeTen (10) years of process improvement, business analytics, project management or change management or related experiencePreferences
Agile certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner or other) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience with product management, business case development, cost and risk analysis, and estimationFinancial industry experienceSkills and Competencies

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include : experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
Job Range Target :
Minimum : $121,437.80 USD
Median : $160,030.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans : This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan. Employees are eligible to receive a discretionary award based on individual, business, and / or company performance. Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
