Your Role : Air Import or Export Coordinator

You will be responsible for managing air import / export shipments, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations, and delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end air import or export shipments
• Pre-alert agents and shippers, organize and prepare required documentation
• Track and coordinate cargo from origin to final destination
• Arrange pick-ups, deliveries, and container loading
• Ensure compliance with all international shipping regulations
• Handle billing, payables, and shipment documentation processing
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong communication with clients
