Job Summary :

As a Vascular Clinic Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct nursing care following our organization's established protocols and policies, playing a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and monitor patient care plans, documenting and communicating patient conditions effectively.
• Coordinate care with various healthcare disciplines to provide seamless patient care.
• Execute physician and nursing orders precisely.
• Assess and plan for patients' discharge needs collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• Possibly accompany physicians during inpatient visits.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to meet the diverse clinical needs of patients, applying specific considerations based on age and health status.
• Uphold professional nursing standards and ethical guidelines in every aspect of your practice.
• Maintain a vigilant and safe working environment at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
