Key Responsibilities :
- Effectively manage and develop relationships within your assigned territory.
- Leverage your clinical and market knowledge to foster deep and meaningful business connections.
- Expand market share by acquiring new business from both new and existing accounts, with a focus on high-potential opportunities.
- Utilize your clinical expertise and insight into the healthcare landscape to support sales initiatives through strategic planning and compliant resource use.
- Analyze market and competitor trends to inform your sales strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure transparent and constructive communication.
- Be prepared for required travel throughout the territory, which may include overnight stays and weekend meetings.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with demonstrated mastery of product and disease state knowledge.Documented track record of top 25% sales performance is preferred.Preferred Qualifications :Experience in Urology.Involvement in pharmaceutical product launches.Knowledge of market access strategies including formulary positioning.General Skills :

This position also includes opportunities for merit-based salary increases, participation in a short incentive plan, 401(k) eligibility, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options. Our generous time-off policy offers flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays, additional days off during the year-end shutdown, as well as paid sick time. Total compensation will be tailored based on individual experience and skills.
