Position : Office Administrator
Hours : 40 hours per week
Position Summary
The Office Administrator oversees daily office operations to ensure an efficient and well-supported workplace. This role manages office facilities, vendors, supplies, and assets, while also supporting employees, visitors, and business travel needs. The Office Administrator partners with HR and other departments to maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Office Management & Support : Maintain cleanliness and order in office and common areas.Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, ensuring resources are available and restocked as needed.Liaise with vendors to meet daily administrative needs and process payment to vendors on time.Organize and secure company documents, contracts, reports, and records with systematic filing.Provide daily employee support to streamline workplace convenience.Partner with HR on welfare initiatives and oversee benefit distributions.Assist visitor reception and registration, arranging schedules and meeting support.Arrange accommodations and vehicle usage for traveling and assigned employees.Other duties assigned by the supervisor.Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).2+ years of experience in office administration or facilities management.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Proficient in MS Office and office management systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits
