• Patient Demographics : Adults only
• Support Staff : 4 APPs, 1 MA & 2 Office Staff
• Physicians in Practice : 4; Radiation Oncologist onsite (3 days a week)
• Mid-levels in Practice : 4
• % of Practice : 80% Onc, 20% Hem (people w / anemia)
• EMR : Epic
• Other Info :
• Administration of Chemo will be done by a Nurse Oncologist.
• Last appt. is typically at 430p; Break in the middle of the day.
• Sole provider practice; there will be resources from the other clinic.
• Locum will work in a medical group clinic but it is a hospital licensed space.
• Will not do any work in the hospital. The infusion space is within the clinic.
• Infusion space is only 4 chairs, small service line; Putting a new radiation machine, but not performing at the site.
• Hospital Privileges Required : Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
