About the Role

The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Risk Management Executive to spearhead our risk management strategy and reinforce our business resilience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting and enhancing our enterprise risk management framework, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives while integrating diverse risk dimensions. This position involves oversight of lending risks, asset management, investment risks, as well as operational and regulatory risks.

The Senior Risk Management Executive will not only serve as a strategic advisor but will also champion a culture imbued with risk awareness throughout the organization. In this executive role, you will report directly to the President and CEO and be a vital member of the leadership and executive teams.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent strongly preferred. Applicants should have a minimum of 20 years of experience in areas including credit, capital markets, enterprise risk management, compliance, and social impact analysis, with at least 5 years spent in a senior credit leadership position. A proven track record of developing and executing successful risk strategies, managing diversified loan portfolios, and driving growth in commercial and real estate lending is essential.

This role calls for exceptional leadership, communication, and management skills to ensure compliance with industry risk management practices and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for cultivating team leadership and development, nurturing a high-performance culture, and ensuring that the risk team is well-equipped with adequate training and professional growth opportunities.
