Restaurant Host/Hostess
Duties:
• Hosts/Hostesses are the first and last contact of every guest in the restaurant, welcoming guests at the door and thanking with genuine appreciation before they leave.
• Answer phones and booking reservations through Resy online system.
• Seat guests and manage all table assignments.
• Ensure that every guest receives an impeccable experience and top-notch service with every visit.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in customer service position, preferably in a high volume restaurant.
• Passion for hospitality and understanding of positive team culture.
• Knowledge of service and operations for high volume restaurant.

Executive Chef Eric Cook opened Gris-Gris in 2018 and the restaurant quickly joined many of the "best of" lists for dining in New Orleans. The restaurant features an open kitchen where guests can see all the action that happens in the kitchen, plus one of the best balconies in the city. Open for lunch and dinner, Gris-Gris serves classic Southern dishes and New Orleans favorites.
