About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse - GI Lab

Location : Evanston, IL

Shift : Days 5x8-Hour

Start Date : 11 / 24 / 2025

Job Type : 13-week Contract

Position Summary :

Scheduled details 8hr Day, 40hrs per week

Experience Requirements : 2+yrs of GI Lab / Endoscopy and or Tele experience, Admission and recovery required Because we do give moderate sedation will have to pass an EKG test first day

Equipment : Olympus Scopes, Endo supplies from a variety of the commonly known manufacturers

Key Responsibilities :

• Observing patient vital signs.
• Sedating patients before procedures.
• Recovering patients after procedures.
• Administering the necessary medication to patients.
• Keeping the patient informed throughout the duration of the procedure.
• Completing all necessary documentation including patient notes and discharge documents.
