Responsibilities Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring full adherence to OSHA standards and industry regulations through daily huddles, audits, and collaboration with EHS teams Direct daily and weekly production plans, optimize workflow efficiency, and leverage fabrication software (e.g., Tekla PowerFab) to meet delivery targets and minimize rework Lead and grow a skilled workforce, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative environment focused on accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous learning Enforce compliance with AISC and AWS standards, oversee inspections and corrective actions, and manage materials, equipment, and maintenance for operational excellence.
