Occupational Therapist – San Rafael, CA | Day Shift

Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide care in a supportive and collaborative rehab setting in San Rafael, California. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who value flexibility, productivity, and patient-centered care.

Position Overview :

Location : San Rafael, CA

Shift : Day shift (6–8 hours per day)

Schedule : Monday through Friday

Start Date : ASAP

Setting : Skilled Nursing / Rehab Facility

Productivity Requirement : 85%

Duration : 13-week assignment (with potential extension)

EMR System : Rehab Optima experience preferred

Qualifications :

Valid California Occupational Therapist license

Previous SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred

Strong clinical documentation and communication skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team
