About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Dental Biller who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment . In this role, you will play a key part in managing patient financial accounts and ensuring a smooth, accurate billing experience for both patients and insurance providers.

Your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and dental billing expertise will be key to your daily responsibilities.

What You’ll Do :

Manage Dental Claims : Prepare and submit dental claims daily, including detailed narratives and necessary attachments to expedite payment.

• Posting Payments : Accurately post payments from both patients and insurance companies.
• Claims Tracing / Follow-Up : Investigate unpaid or denied claims and collaborate with insurers to resolve issues promptly.
• Patient Support : Send patient statements and assist with billing inquiries, explaining insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs.
• Recordkeeping : Run reports and maintain precise and up-to-date patient billing records for compliance.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with 2-3 office teams to ensure efficient AR processes and revenue cycle operations.
