About the Role :

Conduent is seeking an experienced and dynamic Network Operations Center (NOC) Leader to oversee the global 24 / 7 operations of our NOC team. This role is critical to ensure the performance, availability, and security of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, proven leadership capabilities, and a results-driven mindset to lead incident response, proactive system monitoring, and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a global NOC team, including managers, engineers, analysts, and support personnel.
• Ensure 24 / 7 operational coverage and high availability of network systems, devices, firewalls, circuits, and other infrastructure components.
• Develop and enforce NOC procedures, escalation protocols, and shift schedules to support seamless operations.
• Oversee real-time system monitoring, responding to alerts, outages, and performance issues with urgency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve incidents and manage change activities.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network infrastructure, operational processes, and incident records.
• Produce and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), performance metrics, and incident trends to drive continuous improvements.
• Lead initiatives to enhance automation, monitoring capabilities, and staff training programs.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices for incident, change, and problem management.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $92,901 $120,065.
