As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Access Control in Buckeye, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves managing access points, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service to everyone on site. You will play a key part in fostering a welcoming and secure environment, reflecting our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. This position requires a valid driver's license in the job state, as you may be responsible for driving duties as part of your daily responsibilities.

Mon 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Tue 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Fri 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Sat 05 : 00 AM - 01 : 00 PM

Sun 05 : 00 AM - 01 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors.

Provide customer service by assisting individuals with inquiries and directing them as needed while maintaining security-related protocols.

Follow site-specific policies and procedures to help to deter unauthorized access and / or activities within the facility.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and client instructions.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to observe for unusual activity and / or potential security-related concerns.

Document and report any incidents, observations, or irregularities according to established procedures.

Support emergency response activities as required, including assisting with evacuations and / or other site-specific protocols.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
