OPPORTUNITY

The Director of Partnerships will spearhead growth and expansion across SESI’s Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Reporting to the Senior Director of Partnerships, this role collaborates with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to design and implement a strategic sales plan, cultivate strong relationships with district stakeholders, and drive new business revenue. The ideal candidate brings a deep knowledge of the K-12 education landscape, proven experience in special education, alternative education, and / or consultative sales, and a strong commitment to advancing outcomes for diverse learners.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000, based on location and experience, plus commission. SESI also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and family-building benefits. More details can be provided upon request.
