Position : Operating Room Registered Nurse (ORRN)

Location : Tampa, Florida

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Prepare the operating room byorganizing sterile equipment, supplies, and instruments.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, provide appropriate anesthesia support, and administer medications as required.
• Document patient information, surgical procedures, and other relevant data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and their families about the surgical process and post-operative care instructions.

Qualifications :

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an operating room setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, equipment, and sterile techniques.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the surgical team, patients, and their families.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
