We are seeking a dependable and experienced Tier II Cook to join our dietary services team. This full-time role requires flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends on a consistent 11 AM – 7 PM shift. The ideal candidate has solid cooking experience, excellent time management, and a passion for creating meals that are both nourishing and enjoyable.
Location : Aspen Ridge of Utah Valley – Orem, Utah
Schedule : Full-Time | Weekdays & Weekends | 8-Hour Shifts (11 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and menus
- Ensure food is served at appropriate temperatures, with proper presentation
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout shift
- Assist with food prep, inventory rotation, and restocking
- Comply with dietary restrictions, textures, and special diets as directed
- Work collaboratively with dietary team to support smooth kitchen operations
- Uphold all safety and food handling standards in accordance with regulations
Requirements :
Previous cooking experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or high-volume kitchen settingKnowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification preferred)Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and dietary needsStrong work ethic and ability to manage time effectivelyPositive attitude, professionalism, and team collaborationMust be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periodsWhat We Offer
