We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-changing environments without established processes and is eager to roll up their sleeves to make things happen. This short-term assignment (1–2 months) with a non-profit organization in Renton will require someone comfortable navigating ambiguity, building structure as they go, and supporting leaders through a period of transition!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments with efficiency and discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the ED and DD, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Track and prioritize action items and assignments in tools such as Monday.com and Outlook.
- Draft, edit, and proofread outgoing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Prepare agendas, handouts, and meeting logistics; take and distribute accurate meeting notes.
- Proactively monitor and organize the ED’s email inbox.
- Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team as delegated.
- Serve as backup for the Administrative Assistant as needed.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-Suite leaders.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Advanced scheduling and time management skills with keen attention to detail.Experience in a nonprofit or union / labor-management environment strongly preferred.Excellent written communication skills and professional business writing ability.Comfortable learning and using technology (Monday.com, Salesforce, Onboard, MS Teams).Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or related field preferred.Assignment Details
Location : 100% onsite in Renton, WASchedule : Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PMPay Range : $34.50–$45.00 / hourAssignment Duration : 1–2 months, starting ASAP, opportunity for Temp-to-Hire for the right candidate#INDHP
