Job Description

The Manager of International Tax has significant responsibility for both domestic and international tax compliance, research, planning, and analysis.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Manage and reconcile the global effective tax rate
  • Manage income tax accounting and forecasting for preparation of related SEC disclosures
  • Manage company’s Global Transfer Pricing related compliance and documentation
  • Identify, research, and analyze income tax issues and opportunities
  • Manage international tax compliance and audits including timely payment of estimated taxes
  • Collaborate with team to implement cross-functional initiatives
  • Manage relationships and communication with both internal and external auditors and consultants including management of tax controls
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and career guidance for the development and motivation of direct reports

What Do You Need To Bring?

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, or related experience; CPA or Masters degree a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience or 8+ years of industry experience in tax accounting / corporate tax. International tax experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify tax issues and analyze the tax consequences on the business
  • Experience in Transfer Pricing rules and compliance
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while balancing multiple tasks
  • Skills to effectively communicate with team members and cross functional partners
  • Power user of Excel, PeopleSoft Finance modules, and other software technologies a plus
  • Enthusiasm for process documentation and improvement
