- Description : *Detailed Description : * Works with the Business Lead to ensure the goals and objectives of the project are captured within the project's scope and related requirements.
- Facilitate the project's scope and requirements elicitation sessions as required.*Collaborates with Solution Architect, Tech Lead, and QA Lead to confirm there is complete traceability for all phases & related deliverables.
- Participates in the review and / or approval of key project deliverables (e.g., Design and Test Plans) and ensures traceability to the approved Scope and Requirements.
- Participates in the identification, quantification and mitigation of project risks and issues.* Strong understanding of the project life cycle but is flexible to pivot to iterative delivery based on demand.
- Responsible for understanding and communicating the status of the project's requirements to the project stakeholders.* Responsible for working with the Application BSAs to identify and escalate impediments to completing the requirements to the IT PM.
- Works with the Project Test Lead and Business Test Lead to provide ongoing status on progress, defects and risks throughout User Acceptance Testing.
- Works with the IT Test Lead, IT Development Leads, Primary Business Lead, and / or third-party vendors to triage defects.
- Works with the IT and Business PMs, Primary Business Lead and the Application BSAs to ensure that the Scope Project Change Management processBasic Qualifications : * Bachelor's Degree and / or 5+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst or Product Management in a financial environment* 2 years of progressive experience as a Business Systems AnalystPreferred Qualifications : * Independent problem solver* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written* Previous exposure working on large development initiatives with multiple cross impacted applications* It is preferred to have IT or business experience working in Collections or Credit Administration* MS Office experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio* Experience in writing functional or technical requirements, project planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines* Understand and adhere to all project lifecycle processes and standards* Strong communication and collaboration skill*Skills : *Business, Analyst, Business analysis*Top Skills Details : *Business,Analyst*Additional Skills & Qualifications : *They need drivers / leads*Experience Level : *Intermediate Level About TEKsystems : We're partners in transformation.
