JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly experienced and globally connected professional with deep expertise in the Nutrition & Health market, complemented by a strong network of industry relationships. This role operates within a multidisciplinary team supporting strategic sectors including Mining & Minerals, Chemicals, Petrochemicals & Oil & Gas, Nutrition & Health, and Pharmaceuticals. As a recognized authority in process applications, system design, and equipment selection, the candidate will provide strategic leadership and drive the development of a robust market strategy to support market sector growth.
Key responsibilities include cultivating high-value relationships with global decision-makers-such as EPC firms, engineering consultants, and key accounts-to shape and execute winning sales strategies for major international opportunities. The role also encompasses leading integrated marketing initiatives across digital platforms, customer engagement programs, channel development, and internal training, all aimed at elevating the visibility and impact of the Nutrition & Health category within the process equipment landscape.

Collect and analyze customer feedback and stakeholder insights.
Formulate and uphold a comprehensive Process Training agenda including seminars, trade shows, and webinars.

Anticipated salary range for this position : $129,300 / yr to $179,760 / yr. The anticipated salary range is what we believe to be the likely base salary range for this position at the time of posting. Actual salary for this position will depend on relevant qualifications, skills, and experience.
